Zhongya Aluminum Ltd was established in 1993 in Nanhai district,Foshan city, Guangdong Province . In December 2007, The factory covers an area of nearly 1000 acres, with a total investment of 80 million US dollars and an annual output of 200000 tons. it is currently one of China's large aluminum profile manufacturers. During the relocation, thefactory renames itself as Zhaoqing Xinzhongya Aluminum Co.,Ltd.which was later altered as Guangdong Zhongya Aluminum Co.,Ltd.

  The company features complete production processes, including die-casting, extrusion, anodizing, electrophoretic painting, vertical lines powder coating, fluorocarbon coating, wood grain coating, bar piercing intallation, various fabrication techniques, CNC and so on.   Zhongya Aluminum cooperates and exports goods with manufacturers in Australia and South America.   The products mainly include anodized profiles, electrophoretic paint profiles, powdercoated profiles, fluorocarbon paint spray profiles, wood grain profiles, bar piercing insulated profiles, cast-insulated profiles, and various industrial aluminum alloy profiles. With more than 10 different alloy states, 600 surface colors and 20000 specficiations, we manage to produce almost all kinds of building doors and windows, curtain walls, decorative aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles.

  Eco-friendly and energy saving, harmonious development

  Energy saving is critically essential for manufacturing business. In ZhongYa, die-casting department is equipped with gas-exhausting dust removal facilities. For powder coating department, it adopts UV photolysis treatment process for VOC, and anodizing department is equipped with water spray treatment process for acid mist collection.
  In terms of waste water pollution, polluted water is treated in strict accordance with relevant standards, and then discharge to the sewage treatment after reaching the standard. In addition, it is equipped with online monitors and final water-reuse facility to reduce waste water discharge.
